Good list. If you haven't yet, check out http://GatewayNextGen.com. I think we've got a pretty good thing going. We launched last fall and have got a pretty good subscriber base already. It's designed for as a resource for our district NextGen leaders, but we're finding that it's becoming pretty popular in the youth ministry world at-large, also. Very cool!

Yes, such good training for a NextGen leader to have. I had a college course -- which seemed far too "scientific" at the time -- at The School of Youth Ministry on the subject. It's proven to be helpful information more times than I can count now. I remember reading a book called "Adolescent Development" for the class but I'm sure there's more current data on the subject now. I've heard that Walt Mueller's "The Space Between" is a worth read: http://www.youthspecialties.com/shop/product_info....
