I really like the color of this room, as well as the color of the master bedroom. It's perfect for this beautiful Florida home. If I were to win this Dream Home I would feel like I were on a permanent tropical vacation.

Yes, it does come with the boat. I was wondering the same thing, but when you click through the pictures of the dock it gives more info about the boat.

I thought the same thing about the glass in the door of the pool bath, but then I noticed the shade that pulls down. And about the floor, you might be right about it not being a good choice for an area that may be wet often. I read a little about the wood and it didn't mention that it would be good in bathrooms. I know that there are some wood floors that are good for wet areas. I think that there is also tile that looks like wood flooring, that is probably the porcelain that you mentioned.

I have to say that I am in LOVE with this house. I kept checking everyday for the virtual tour to start, so this really made my day today! The master bedroom and bathroom are my favorite, but I do love the living room too. I'm ready to enter to win this gorgeous home!

I really love the beauty of the snow capped mountains, white blankets of snow on the ground and when the trees are sparkling with ice, but I hate to be cold. I could look out my window all day at that kind of view, but I would whine like a baby if I had to get out in it. haha
Give me warm weather and sunshine and I am all in.

My favorite Dream Home was the Stowe, Vermont home, which is surprising even to myself because I don't like cold weather. The kitchen is what I think sold me the most, and the view from the outside looking in with all the lights on made the home look so warm inside, like it was perfect to have all your friends and family together all the time. I absolutely fell in love with it and I was heartbroken when I didn't win it. :( Oh, well, I guess I should have known it was a long shot, hahaha. I do think that this home is going to be my new favorite though. I would love to move to Florida and live right by the water. I can imagine days with tons of friends and family enjoying the pool and getting out on the boat (It would be a MUST to buy a boat), cooking, chatting, laughing and just having fun! I can also imagine a nice quiet day all by myself sitting by the pool, soaking up the sun, enjoying the views ,and peace and quiet with a glass of wine.

Yikes! I did really bad on the quiz. Guess I need to do some studying. Anywho, I am dying to see the finished product on this home.

I am already obsessed with this house, even the before pics are great. I can't begin to imagine what it will look like when they are finished. I will try to be patient while waiting for the virtual tour :)

Since they are into renovating for the Dream Home, maybe they will want to take on an old mansion. The old Woolworth mansion in Scranton, Pennsylvania is up for sale, but needs a lot of renovations.
