tathompson, I heard about that guy before. I suspect these cases be going on for quite some time because it's going to the Court of Federal Claims next. debug, I don't think anyone cares about H1B visas and how it affects American companies. I've been trying for several years to get answers, and even though I have turned over evidence of bribery, nothing is done. It's as if all of America has gone mad with corruption and we are becoming a lawless nation. When millions of illegal aliens march out on the streets waving the Mexican flag, and flies the Mexican flag underneath the American flag, and it's called free speech, you know America is in serious trouble. I don't know why the Small Business Administration is allowing a company to have 8(a) status when they are using H1B visa numbers. Not only that, but one of the people with an H1B visa number is a good ole American! White, even! How did he get issued an H1B visa number? Does the company owner (who is from India) get brownie points for every H1B number issued, even if it's assigned to an American?

Michelle, I completely missed your comment. I installed IntenseDebate and am trying to work with them to work out the bugs and couldn't get in my account. The plugin had your comment listed as spam, and I wasn't able to get it posted when you commented. WOW! You said a mouthful. You've also given me more things to research. I'm not worried about anyone wrecking my life. They all have to stand before God and give an account. If anything, they are wrecking their own lives. I can't comment on a lot of the things you bring up, for obvious reasons, but I've commented on things that are in the public that I have already researched, or my readers have given me tips on where to look up the information. Some of the stuff you mention. You also named some names of people and organizations that frequent my blog. I suspect because they have an interest in the outcome of my cases. I think Alabama politics is a big part of what's happening because of Cramer / Murtha and the DCMA, as well as the lobby firms. The more I hear about investigations, arrests, and raids, the more happy I get that there is still hope for justice. I've been contacted by a politician who wants the NRCC to take an interest in my cases, but it will be for their political gain to oust Murtha. I don't care though. I think the Republicans are no different from the Democrats. The Republicans can't win my heart any more than the Democrats can because of what they stand against. Yeshua.

(source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7829475.stm) In response to "The Beast" which is what he calls his limo, GM says this: David Caldwell, a spokesman for General Motors which makes Cadillac, told the BBC that the car is made to specifications that the company is given by the federal government. "One of the specifications is that we don't talk about the specifications," he said. Now, why would Obama bail out GM, fire the CEO, then get a limo by them? For the same reason he wants to bail out the newspapers. Control. You're right...he wants to be popular and he's getting what he wants. What surprises me is how many Americans are giving up their money to support him. But then again, they send their money to TV preachers that drives expensive cars, lives in expensive houses, gets caught cheating people....and they still support them.

If laws are made to make it illegal for Americans to own guns, all that's going to do is make the formerly legal gun owners illegal. They'll just start getting their guns the way the criminals do. If Obama is going to tear down the Constitution one rung at a time, he's going to just make it so we'll all be criminals, so what's the point in trying to abide by his laws? We'll be criminals in his eyes no matter what we do. Honestly, I think he's deliberately pushing the envelope to see how much Americans are willing to tolerate. I can't help but wonder if he's going to make a 7 year peace treaty with the world leaders. Can't just blame the news. I blame members of Congress for remaining silent during the campaign. McCain & Palin could have won the election if they would have brought Obama's eligibility issues up. Bush chooses not to comment on it. No kidding? His family stays in power by keeping their mouths shut about Obama's eligibility. I blame Congress for not demanding Obama turn over his long form birth certificate and his college records. What's in it for the members to remain silent? They're either Obama's sheep or they're cowards. Either way, they have betrayed us and allowed expensive litigation to continue (Defendourfreedoms.us) rather than demanding Obama ends the debates over his eligibility. Any person who is in office for "we the people" would want to to stop the rumors of ineligibility by providing the documents being requested. Instead, he hires a law firm, and bows to a foreign king. I agree. It isn't about the people of the United States, because his liberal/socialist agenda is to use us as his slaves.
