Before boasting and "syiok sendiri", can the researchers tell us whether there is any scientific trials done to prove its efficacy? Any randomized controlled trials? I guess, it cannot be blinded trials because whenever the victims and the users are using the lime, vinegar, chopstick, salt, etc that cost up to RM9K, surely they know they are in the arm of your anti-hysteria kit. BUT AT LEAST, SHOW us the evidence of the trials??? And if there is such trials, how many subjects? What's your study population? How did you sample them? What's your confounders? I don't share your view, Firdaus Wong. Your view or your organization view is not the view of the official religious councils here. In my opinion, non-Muslims can give and receive their holy scriptures to each other as a gesture of goodwill and to identify universal moral values, e.g. a Christian can receive Buddhist scriptures and Hindu can receive the bible, say the Gideon bible. We can critically appraise each other's scriptures without problem because there's no law to prosecute us anyway. But not so with the Quran! Any non-Muslim who takes a Quran is AT RISK of being caught by authority holding a book that contains the "forbidden" word and furthermore, if he/she decides not to want it anymore, where to dispose it?

The peace enjoyed for generations may be a thing of the past in another generation or two including in Sarawak unless something urgently is done to counteract this kind of brainwashing among the younger generations by these extremist religious teachers. The moderate Muslims must come forward with a viable alternative. They must show that tolerance is the way forward and is a viable and better answer to extremism. Secondly the church in Semenanjung must come forward and help christians in Sarawak. The majority of the Christians are in Borneo but the bulk of the money is in churches in Semenanjung. What's the point of building big, fanciful church buildings when their brethrens in Borneo are suffering and poor?? Poverty is one way that allows extremism to creep in, even deceiving them into conversion! The church in Semenanjung must learn from the past. They've missed the opportunity a decades or two ago by being complacent and self-absorbing resulting in extremism creeping in! Now it's at time for them to redeem themselves. Rich churches in Semenanjung come forward and support churches in Sarawak financially, providing expertise and helping churches in Borneo to promote inter-racial harmony and tolerance. Isn't that the love that Jesus teaches? Jesus did not teach his followers to hate others, but to love. The time is running short. No longer can churches think of individual churches/denominations. They must join hand to help churches in Borneo. This is the last bastion.
