To clarify things about my Demonology guide for Fel Fire I left WoW to start a professional career in StarCraft 2 I let Aphroditi know about this and even offered to finish my guide (which I still have part two and half of part three setting on my desktop), I even suggested Jaeda as a addition to Fel Fire when I was offered the opportunity and thought quitting WoW may happen I enjoy the site and still read it often unfortunately I feel like my knowledge of the Warlock class is nowhere near the level it use to be and should be to bring content to the readers on this site that deserve reliable content. However if anyone is interested in some Zerg build orders look me up lol.

LOL thanks sxymegger I need more groupies my current ones are starting to bore me ;) As for your question when you proc [Decimation] and [Molten Core] at the same time you just cast [Soul Fire] ^_^ [Molten Core] effects [Soul Fire] as well giving it 18% more damage and 15% critical strike chance it's a great DPS boost. Hey Msmoxter thanks for your question! I am just not sure if I understand it properly so I am going to answer the questions I think your asking :p again I apologize if this isn't the one your trying to ask :) "Would it be better to get [Suppression] instead of [Improved Healthstone], Because of our frequent use of [Corruption] the 6% reduced mana cost on Affliction Spells would allow us to [Lifetap] less?" I am going to answer this question very short because I am doing it in the comments, I just wanted to make sure this is the question you are asking before going into more detail when I post it in the FAQ. Anyway the answer Msmoxter is no, it is never a good idea to sacrifice raid utility for a 6% reduction to mana cost for Affliction spells also keep in mind your never going to spend the full 3 points in [Suppression] the draw of the talent isn't the reduction to mana cost but the increase % to hit. Also another thing to rember is we use mostly Destruction spells in our rotation so the 4% reduction doesn't save us that much mana. I hope this helps ^_^ let me know if you have anymore questions.

Hey Zangrabar, This use to be an old Warlock build at the start of WoLK however it has greatly loss its viability. Let me quickly explain. Felguard > Imp - This build forces you to use your Imp, however in every case the Felguard rocks the imp in DPS so not getting a Felguard especially when your only 2 points away is a huge DPS loss. No Meta - Another draw back to this spec is losing Meta form, Meta is a straight 20% increases to your DPS every 2 mins most fights allow us to use this twice some even allow 3 times not picking up this talent is a huge DPS lose especially for the Bun Phase. Raid Viability - You lose all of the Raid Viability that Demo Locks posses. No imp Healthstone or Demonic Pact, granted this is a straight DPS spec, however Affliction locks, Demo Locks, and even Destruction locks are going to pull more DPS than this build and without raid Viability why would they invite you? You lose a lot of key talents in Destruction as well that will cause them to do more DPS as a result. Like I said earlier this use to be a pretty decent spec, however with the changes to our trees throughout the expansion this spec just doest compare any longer. Destruction still has its uses, but I would recommend Demonology especially if your Raid doesn't have one they bring a lot to the raid and are a ton of fun to play ^_^ Just a quick update on the guide for everyone Part 1 is done and is currently in the draft phase so it shouldn't be much longer. Sorry it has taken so much time to get the first part done =/ but its huge (that's what she said) so trust me when I say theres plunty of content for everyone ;)

Thanks Varsung I appreciate it :D Optec's video is a really good start if your wanting to learn Demonology and I am happy to see you took the effort to watch the video. The only flaw with Optec's video is the lack of depth but its very understandable why he didn't / couldn't go more in depth with his video this is an issue I hope to address with my guide. Haha na just jokeing around ;) A lot of Warlocks joke and say Destruction Locks are the NooB's of the class because they do the lowest DPS of the three trees (Obviously this wasn't always the case) this is true but dont let it discourage ya Warlocks are one of the few classes with viable DPS from all three trees so play what you like! If you play Destruction to its fullest potential your gonna make a lot of crappy Demo / Affliction Locks look like the NooB, but never out perform the good ones. So what I would suggest is make your second spec either Affliction or Demonology and take the time to learn one of those specs. It's never a bad thing to explore each aspect of the Warlock, but from your comment I can see your already trying that Thanks for the comment and let me know if you have any questions.

Hey zangrabar :) You can check out my comment about the Nibelung above, its pretty long maybe I will have to write an article on the issue ;) Anyway to answer your questions I am currently working on Part 1 of the Demo guide which should be up early next week. I would love to add Key Bindings to the guide, however with the talent section becoming quite large already it may be part 2 or 3 before I can cover them, but rest assure it will get done. Hey izay :) I am happy you enjoyed the article, I want to go over a couple things you and Missfit have said, but most of what I am about to say will be explored in much more detail in my Demo guide. However with that being said theres a couple things I want to touch on. ;) Haste is an amazing stat for all casters, however as a rDPS Demo lock your frist priority (to some extent) should always be Spell Power. Now I agree Nibelung is not Ideal for any lock (It doesnt proc off DoT's :'( ) but in my case it was a huge Spell Power increase which is my main priority. All locks (Even NooB destruction locks :p ) should be shooting for a main hand + off hand combo over staffs, especially the Nibelung. I know most of you Nibelung user are going to say "But Shag the Val'kyr pew pew my target" and this is true, however this is a completely random boost to DPS, you could have some fights where Val'kyr spawn almost frequently and significantly raise your DPS but with the low proc rate and the fact none of our DoT's can trigger the proc chances are your gonna be stuck with few Val'kyr that die to fire before there full duration is up.
