Good thought, but I'd have to disagree that 99% of other towns in Colorado plow into medians. Maybe they do that in Longmont where residents aren't apt to b*tch about it. 10+ inches of snow across a 10-12' lane will not fit on a 3-4' median.

Where would you recommend it be plowed...onto the sidewalks that residents and business owners have to shovel?

I thought it sounded strange as well. Can't find much info on it, but I think it's an umbrella term for a variety of more specific charges. Exploitation of children, etc.

Clackmon, I agree with half of your statement. The Boulder Creek (or maybe just the creek path) is considered a city park, therefore it would fall under the "illegal camping" law.

The dude in the article does say that they got ticketed for sleeping in the Band Shell after the flood recessed.

The homeless issue needs to be revisited and discussed among City Council and the Public.
