It is same with any other disaster. They are required by contract to work. There were several city workers that had homes in the flood area that had to be at work instead of saving their own home. Lazy...Going down into the sewers filled with filth and roaches to repair or open a line. Really lazy...Plowing snow for 16 hours straight on Christmas while your family is at home. Oh the horror.....Diving down in 12 feet of murky river water to cap off a storm drain during the worst flood in our history. Crazy lazy. Standing out knee deep in freezing cold water in the middle of winter to repair a burst water line. Certifiably crazy...And many many lazy acts that I can not remember.
