yes this would be pretty cool, and if they made it so every championship match had to be a 15minute with a stipulation, like a steel cage, iron woman or a ladder match. if its only defended every ppv, thatd be twice every 3 months. maybe have a contest of some sort (tag match, beat the clock, reps match, maybe even a match if theres enough investment in the fued) and the winner gets to pick the stipulation.

having it defended only on tv will make it seem like a lesser title, and realistically the e couldnt do that without
