Both need to fixed to solve the problem. I watched a good friend of mine marry a Mexican woman he met while working there as a plant manager. They were very much in love, and he had the resources to ensure she aw never a drain on our system. They tried for years to get her to the US legally. While she did not have any criminal history INS told them they did not believe it was a real marriage because he was too bald, and he was too cute. I&#039;ll get TD like usual for supporting a third party on this one, but I have seen this first hand many times. BTW, same time as the story I mentioned another friend married a Canadian woman. She was welcomed open arms with zero hassle.
