I read the original piece. Romney clearly calls for a healthcare mandate to be used in this piece. He also insists on a government mandated solution to the problem that can be blamed to a large part on government intervention into the private medical services market in the first place. They regulate the crap out of it and push out corrupt federal insurance programs then wonder why it’s screwed up. It all needs to be pushed back into private hands with cost incentivizes placed back in the hands of the user not the government or the insurance companies with government mandates on coverage. The government has turned an insurance system into a pre-paid healthcare nightmare! Santorum has the right answer for this government generated problem!
