As a common concept I think your point would don't succeed. Many curricula are designed to inform by revealing learners to the detail of an area, acknowledging that detail of information can often only come after long-term visibility to and execution of the information (as illustrations, think information technology, technological innovation professions, among many others). So in those cases the level to which an individual can increase the detail of their information, then they have been knowledgeable. For example, to say that developer who takes a MOOC to increase their information of information components were knowledgeable because the course content has been decoupled from a wider program seems incorrect Funniest Gifs.
