I attempted to watch the Bana one about three times now, but I have fallen asleep every single time. Every time.

The Incredible Hulk, however, might be a little more ~generic superhero movie~ in execution, but it works a lot better for me as a fairly fun viewing experience. Certainly by comparison it's much more watchable.

Alias had my interest from the first promotional images of her in that Run Lola Run hair.

It's going to be so lushly, excessively excessive. IT'S GOING TO BE A LOT.

My favourite cursed showrunner with a glorious excess of aesthetic taste combined with the author who shaped my formative years with the books I hid from my mom under my mattress like they were porn.

This announcement pleases me greatly....

Rumors were to stay until after the credits, so we did. And there it was. "I want to talk to you about the Avengers Initiative." Loud gasps could be heard, followed by not-so-soft discussions, that this was hinting at something more, something that hadn't been done before. It was electric.

That first after-credits moment was just so much fun. The excited murmuring as the "comic book" friends explained to the "non-comic book" friends just what that meant. It was so exciting. They built something really unprecedented in scale here.

If they want to keep airing television shows like a normal network, they'll just have to do what they do with Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Lucifer, Lethal Weapon, and Gotham, which is purchase shows to air on their channel. That part isn't unusual.

Not having their own in-house television production sister-studio to purchase from is a bit weird, because they did so pretty heavily, but all networks purchase shows from one another's production studios or independent studios, etc. 20th Century Fox Television Productions makes This Is Us for NBC and Speechless for ABC, for example. If there are going to be any major differences to the FOX Network, it'll likely not start showing until the 2019-20 season. If the lack of in-house production does end up being a major factor for them... then that's where all the (so-far denied) rumours of FOX becoming a channel without scripted content comes into play.

That is good news! I only really started getting hooked over the last handful of episodes, but I'm invested now.

You can buy them for a similar price on iTunes as well. You might want to check if your local library has them available? That has sometimes worked out for me.
