<description>I&amp;#039;d like to see an entirely open forum where anyone could post any topic related to the government. Popular topics would be viewed as important suggestions which the team needs to consider. I realize the tremendous amount of moderating this would require, but perhaps the moderators could all be volunteers, like on Wikipedia? By &amp;quot;forum&amp;quot; I mean not just one thread, like this is, but a collection of threads posted by anyone. </description>
