<description>This is tragic, indeed.   Most people&amp;#039;s initial reaction is to want revenge...don&amp;#039;t let anger blind you.   The next reaction is to lay blame.  Who knows exactly who is to blame at this point, all the facts are not known as of yet.  It is up to those within the criminal justice system to find this out.  If he is to blame, then who, if anyone else, is also to blame?    Budget problems, lack of resources and  major discrepancies within the criminal justice system also play their part in tragic events such as these, that have occurred time and time again. I am in no way stating that actions such as these are acceptable.  What one decides to do is entirely of their choosing, and there should be severe consequences, particularly in this case.     </description>
