Up until now, they didn't know how it was going to play out, how virulent it was going to be, how it could mutate... but they are slowly starting to see that it doesn't seem to contain any of the same characteristics as the spanish flu of 1918 did, which is what they were concerned about. So trust me smokers and non-law abiding bar owners, you are OUT NUMBERED - we've had enough of your filthy, smoking stench inside of bars and restaurants.
