VP Biden will be in Indianapolis on Monday. Apparently there was a scheduling conflict that didn't allow him to visit during "clown day" at the Indiana State Fair where he would fit right in as head clown. Joe Arpaio is in town tonight. My bet is there will be more come to see him than to see "the other Joe"!
