It states, "In terms of [health-related] costs per user: tobacco-related health costs are over $800 per user, alcohol-related health costs are much lower at $165 per user, and cannabis-related health costs are the lowest at $20 per user." "Excessive alcohol consumption is the third leading preventable cause of death in the United States (1) and is associated with multiple adverse health consequences, including liver cirrhosis, various cancers, unintentional injuries, and violence. What a ridiculous and pathetic comment: are you claiming liquor stores aren't drug dealers? Alcohol kills tens of thousands of people a year in the US: cannabis kills NONE. Alcohol ruins lives, destroys families and shatters health. Alcohol is a much more dangerous and insidious drug than cannabis, no question. You have no clue what you are talking about. I suggest pulling your head out of its warm, dark and smelly place of rest.
