Chris, I love you! In a totally non-platonic way, of course. Wait...did I just say that out loud? Anyways, I'm going to have to side with Phillip on this one. Is the Wii overpriced? Yes. Was it overpriced from the start? Yes. Will Nintendo lower the price? They'd have to be out of their mind to do that. As long as people are buying it, why lower the price? Now, on to comment about Microsoft. Was this a good thing? Yes. Sony's been beating them in sales for a little while now, and they need an incentive for those that haven't bought one yet. And who wants to buy the retard pack of the 360 even if it's down to $200? The Core is just an abortion of a console that should never exist, so they're starting to sell it at <insert salesman voice here> a new low, low price! <end salesman voice> If they were really smart, they'd get rid of the pointless console, lower the price on the hard drives, and stop segmenting their market. Are those HDD-less people going to buy anything off of XBLM? Hell no, they don't have any room. Is developing for a market both with and without a HDD good for the developers? Hell no. The "New Xbox Experience" needs to not only be a software update, but a hardware relaunch. If they want to sell the hard drives for outrageous prices, at least still offer the 20 GB drive for cheap, very cheap, to those poor souls trapped with the moron pack. And please, just get rid of the Core. It's always painful to watch people buy those things in the store. I just want to yell at them. Anyways...this is a Wii site, right? Yeah...maybe that comment won't fit in. Oh well. Oh, and Google Chrome is amazing. Default browser right now, actually. The inability to click my scroll wheel to scroll is a bit annoying, though.
