Like others said, #16 could use the hide link treatement.

The blush, the ear lick... it's pretty clear it's suggestive.

I wonder the same thing. =/

That wouldn't be very hard evidence, because it would imply:
A) That everything that is like this is for children.
B) That everything that is not like this is for adults.

Do you know how many pony sites exist? That would be kind of hard to consider. :D

The thing is, if it's a site for adults to adults, then it has to have something telling it's for adults. For example, Ponibooru. Ponibooru had pretty clear, write in blue letters: "This is a site to adult fans of my little pony." <- If that is the case, it wouldn't be very hard to just add this. As responsable adults, that would solve a good part of the problems. ^^

But the thing is, does everyone knows the history of it? Is there a section called "History of EQD"? Not as far as I could see.

If things are one way, then they should be treated this way. If this blog was never for kids, it wouldn't hurt to have a warning or something about it. Like you said, new people appear each day. If they don't know something, then the least that can be done is simply tell them: in a open, clear way.

Now this is a point: Eqd was grown. It has far more people now that it had in the past. When you make something, you have to think about who are your target. And you have to consider that it can change. And here comes the importance of thumbs down: it shows how much it has changed.

As you dub the new 'newfoals', you have to compare the number of 'newfoals' and 'oldfoals'. If there are far more 'new' than 'old', then that do mean that the main base has changed.

About the third part, there is also a lot of other things that have changed dramatically with time. Compare the old and new Buggs Bunny, Tom and Jerry, etc. And as far as I know most people are pleased with these changes. For example, do you remember the Loonatics (A new buggs bunny cartoon if I am not mistaken)?

Back to the point, we have to see how many people want each thing. Of course we aren't the owner of the site, so we can't really make it change. However we can voice our opinion about what we think would be ideal, and then see which idea is the most common one. While you can't really please everyone, you can still please the majority. ^^

I am sorry, but where is written that this site isn't for kids? I searched the main page and didn't see anything about it. Care to expand?
