en-us https://www.intensedebate.com/users/295256 Comments by SaintLewis http://www.fredmckinnon.com/myblog/2009/01/20/when-the-worship-leader-talks/#IDComment14184408 i think it must be a worship leaders roll to both teach & instruct, to some degree, else we're just a 'song leader'... personally, i worship best when the worship leader is a 'teacher' (like when Bob Kauflin led at WG08 - he seemed to never cease teaching AND leading, and it was incredible) because i'm continually reminded of who God is and what He's done, which stirs my heart to want to respond in song. I'm absolutely BAFFLED by his 80% stats, though I can understand that some (i've fallen into this at times) talk TOO MUCH: short truths - short exhortations - short instructions... that's how to do it best, I think.
