Surely there is something surreal about seeing a hall full of Muslims applauding a US President who has ordered air strikes on two Muslim countries that very day. Are these people all insane? As for 9/11, it has become our holocaust. We are like the Jews, we are the Chosen, and the fact that 3000 of the Chosen were killed occupies our every thought, while the hundreds of thousands of infidels that have died are of no significance whatever. Obama also said "We would gladly bring every single one of our troops home if we could be confident that there were not violent extremists in Afghanistan and Pakistan determined to kill as many Americans as they possibly can." This goes far beyond Bush's policy of preemptive attacks. Obama has asserted the right of the US to bomb and invade any country not because of the actions of the government of the country, but because of the 'determination' of some of it people in the country.
