Heebie Jeebies: You hit the nail on the head. I was born and lived in Pittsburgh for many years and the difference in fans' attitudes from one coast to another is amazing. Such an amazing group of fair weather, sore loser fans out here. Just very mean to those who happen to have loyalty to their team (Pittsburgh Steelers) and typically RESPECT the Seahawks fans. They aren't the STEALERS either. I think a REF. was involved in that bad call--HE gets to live with it, NOT the fans! Do some research on the team; learn about the players. You're generalizing the entire team. Sure our QB made poor decisions, but no true and loyal Steelers fan let him forget his transgressions and neither did his teammates. Stop bashing. Soooo I guess all Steelers fans should start bashing The Pack, eh? Because we were beat in a football game? Nah, not in our nature. we 'fess up to our mistakes (like the Steelers did) and MOVE ON. SEahawks fans, admit that your team was rated the second most unfavorable team in the country BEHIND the Jacksonville Jaguars. You're all jealous because the Steelers have a rich history of playing FOOTBALL and a LOYAL fan base. And this 12th man thing. Only works at home games. Where was the 12th man in Chicago???? Didn't hear him there.

KOMO - Seattle, WA : Seattle man on trial for refusing to show ID to TSA agents | Seattle News, Weather, Sports, Breaking

WTH? Pick a different WAY to bring up your rant against the TSA, jerk! Isn't air travel stressful and arduous enough? Sure, the TSA isn't made up of the most polished and educated population, I do agree. Sure, the new x-ray machines, or whatever they are, cross the boundaries. I haven't experienced one yet, but next time I fly I'm dreading it. But come on! I think holding up the line to selfishly prove your point is the worst offense of all! An airplane is not like a car! If we miss a flight or a flight is delayed we can't just go "rent" another airplane or borrow someone's private jet as a back-up so we can get to where we're going or have to be.

I think instead of a fundraiser to help him get a surgery that may result in his death (i do know someone who died from this) or that may not help him learn what it takes to acquire and lead a healthy lifestyle, why don't we all write a letter to the Biggest Loser t.v. show and plead for him to be a contestant?? Seriously! He'd learn what it takes to eat healthy and less, how to exercise and would benefit from the euphoric feeling it provides and will lose weight through hard work and determination instead of a risky surgery that could cost him his life and may not work in the long run. What do you think??
