I was talking with the wife just before I got on about just how far our government could go(wrong) and seeing this does little to help my feelings of mistrust, on top of demanding the CEO of general motors to step down, fired whatever you want to call it. Whats REALLY scary is he did!! I would have told them to pack sand! Why he did is what worries me! This is after the State of Arizona confiscated money from my checking account for a tax mistake from 3 yrs ago, no letter, no call, NO DUE PROCESS!! THEY ARE SHREDDING THE CONSTITUTION!! What I want to hear is your stories of what you did today as a 912'er to help your fellow neibors. As for myself I helped a neiborhood friend who has had nothing but bad luck till this week. They were nearly losing their house, got help from the mortgage company at the 11th hour, good for them. as they are telling me this story, I find her car had trouble and they were without transportation. I told them "I'll be right over", got them up and running in a short while, i know the husband is not mechanicaly savvy, It made their day that a niebor would help and not ask for anything in return, I told them"Hey! just trying to be a 9/12 type of american!!" and to go and do likewise when they can help somone who nees it!
