Why did the Daily Kos take down the posts where the writer said Giffords was "DEAD" to him. These post were written only a few days ago. They also took down a graphic where they use a bullseye also targeting Giffords. In both Palin and the Kos's case I will give the benefit of the doubt and say it was done out of respect for the victims.

The fools in congress don't even write the bills anymore. I guess they don't see any reason to read them either. Seriously, I could do a better job than 95% of the people in congress. I sure as hell know more about the Constitution than Pelosi. What are we paying these people for?

We need people like you doing what the media is supposed to do. Without a reasonably objective and responsible media our republic will perish. Wake up your neighbors! Be the gadfly that awakens the slumbering beasts. If you want to restore the republic and the Constitution then you must be the voice of the people. The media has long ago abandoned that sacred duty.

Stop wasting my time. I am standing against another government program that will inevitably fail. My trusted sources are the CBO, actual doctors and medical professionals that have looked at the legislation, and my well tuned instincts. I know a liar when I see one. Obama is a liar. I do not trust him. He does not understand, nor could he articulate, his healthcare plan. He tried to explain it during a number of staged press conferences and so-called townhall meetings where the questions were planted. He failed. If people are misunderstanding his plan then that is his fault. Maybe we should slow down and take a closer look at it. We can't though because there is no time. The dems are trying to ram this down our throats before we can look at it. I would love to go through line by line and get some explanations about some of the more troubling entries. Unfortunately there is no time. If Obama and congress wanted an honest debate and civil discussion then they would not be trying to force this upon us so fast. The plan as I see it now is garbage anyway. There are better, more cost effective, and targeted approaches to reforming healthcare. Let's scrap this crappy plan and start over.

Oh, I am sure you would condemn all the anti-war protests where angry mobs rioted. I am sure you would condemn the radical leftists that tore up St. Paul last year during the RNC convention. I am sure you condemn the union thugs who attacked the black conservative activist in St. Louis. How about the leftists who shouted Tom Tancredo down in UNC-Chapel Hill when he was trying to give a speech. You sir are a drone. As long as you agree with what people are saying, you love free speech. When there are regular Americans speaking out against your fearless leader, you condemn them.

What happened? Obama said community organizing was a good thing? Are there some groups organizing? Sure. But the vast majority of the people at these townhall meetings are people that have never done this sort of thing before. They are regular Americans concerned about the direction our country is going. They DO NOT trust the government and DO NOT want government having any more power. What about all the leftwing groups and union thugs? Are you willing to condemn their activities too? There are memos going out to SEIU and other union thugs to urge them to go out to the townhall meetings and "drown out" the other protestors. They want to "hit back twice as hard" and they have. There was absolutely NO violence at these townhall events until SEUI showed up in St. Louis. The regular Americans showing up at these townhall meetings are not fanatics. Many are actually disgruntled democrats annd independents. I know these people, I am one of them! They are not stifling denate, they are engaging in PASSIONATE DEBATE. If you can't see that then you are a fool.

The peace corps has nothing to do with achieving national security goals. Why is he talking about a civilian national security force? Why didn't he just say peace corps? Why does the peace corps need to be as "powerful as the US military"? You are a gullible one. I am asking the bold questions. No one has called Obama on this. He won't talk about it. If we had an honest media watching the president with skepticism then perhaps we would have definitive answers. Of course the world won't end. Our Republic may very well be at an end, however. There is a historical precedent for that. We are traveling down that path. You are so blinded by partisan politics that you fail to see it. Stop being Obama's drone and consider the possibility that he is not the savior you think he is. I hope I am wrong about Obama, but at a minimum he is expanding the government's power and intrusion into our lives. I don't trust Obama. I don't trust any politician. You shouldn't either.
