The taxes for the home are based on income. The taxes for the winner will be based on their personal income, the home/furniture & car values. However, he did say the winner could claim the home in the name of a corporation and that would possibly reduce the tax liability. Interesting! There was discussion about it with Dan, who heads up Plumbing Express here in the East Mountains but it was ultimately decided that it was unnecessary. In the hottest of summer days, let's say 90 during the peak summer months, by evening it's down to the high 70's and a perfect opportunity for fresh air.
