<description>Chad,   The post is great and has some real common sense tools to use (and for me to hopefully not over complicate). I have been loading my calories earlier in the day and trying to taper off by 6 pm with maybe a 10 pm 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, strawberries and 4 oz. plain yogurt &amp;quot;parfait&amp;quot; before heading to bed. I still do not use protein powder but that is probably next in the search of keeping mass and cutting fat (down 20lbs so far and feeling much stronger).  Thanks,  Scott </description>
