KOMO - Seattle, WA : Ken Schram: Young voters aren't that stupid | KOMO News - Seattle, Washington | News

Rail systems work in many parts of the world but I doubt it will work in Seattle. You will need a lot more study to get all of the pro's and con's. Someone might spend a little time in Tokyo and see how they do it. I have ridden the rail system in New York, and it's a nightmare. The biggest flaw is there is no way to fight the crime facet. Japan might have the answer to that one too. As it is right now, it's nothing but a big Liberal Party myth that will make the bridge to no-where look like a lolly-pop by comparing the two.
