I thought the master suite was open & it's truly beautiful that way, but of course, it's also nice to be able to close it when you need to. When I was watching the videos of the outside, it looks like there's a terrific jogging or hiking trail. This place is incredible! Whoever wins it will be one lucky duck. As far as the taxes, use the money to pay & mortgage the remaining $200,000. They really did try to help whoever wins it to keep it. The location was well chosen...convenient but removed enough to have privacy. It even looks as if you can take off on a hike from the house or maybe even cross country ski when there's snow. I think they did an amazing job of incorporating the art & surrounding landscape into the home. The kitchen tile & colors inspired me to make a set of turquoise dishes.
