Actually, I explained it in for the first war.
No Arab countries participated in 2003.

"Americans do not want it to be seen as the United States in league with 'the Jews' killing Muslims and Arabs. Surely you know this."

So, if by keeping out of participating in the 2003 invasion, Israel keeps Arabs from thinking America and Israel are joined at the hip, how does she explain this...
