You better thin ka bit longer range than that. Think about at a minimum 6 months worth of supplies, and a plan to either hunker down, or get out of dodge. Youwill need food, water, ammunition, something to shoot it in for self protection and a very close network of friends. This is going to get real ugly before it even approaches getting better. Some towns now are approaching 17% unemployment..what happens when your neighbors run out of food , or housing, or utilities...think about it

If youwant anything fixed I learned long ago do it yourself. I am in my enemies face so often they know me by my face, name and practically my whole family. That is how you make a difference...just keep on getting in their face. If enough of you do they will listen. Its also fun to watch them squirm. I was face to face with Mark Begich last week and I just asked one very stern question, When are you going to start voting for what We The People want, and he started on this tirade about who did I vote for President, and I said it wasn't Obama, so I was pegged as a Republican, but I voted for Ron Paul written in. McCain turned my stomach after the way he and Kerry did the POW's just to appease Clinton. He then started on the usual double speak back peddle crap. The immigration question was when are you going to get after kicking them out. I was told 40% are here on visas that expired..so I replied round thier asses up then and ship them out...like do your job. He was speechless. But you can bet he remembers.

Do it yourself! That Is what it is all about. throw the politicians out and run on that platform, cut taxes, make sure they know your not a politician or a lawyer, and promise to put the city, county, state back into the hands of the people. It will work! Step up to the plate and make a difference! If that's to much run for school board, god knows the all need some help.

I was in small town Oklahoma McAlester. we need an outlet to send pictures of the little places to tie all of this together instead of just Philly and Sacramento, and Dc...the small towns are grass roots all of them. No news coverage except local newspapers and radio stations...but here, it is front page stuff

I don't know abut you guys but we in McAlester did our own thing with no funding, no talk show hosts, no Fox..and it was a hit with the public. we only have about 30,000 total population and most of them were working and we still had a turnout of over 200. The passers by were heavy on the horns!

The Democrats do sdamage everytime they get in office. Carter destroyed it, Reagan fixed it. From the heartland of Oklahoma in McAlester. Our party was at noon when everyone was working. We only have a population of 30,000 but we still had over 200 and everyone who drove by was honking! Where do we send pictures. I have afew great ones. Today is just the beginning! Lets shut down DC on the 4th. the truckers from our little community volunteered to go there and just park the trucks on the loop and go get lunch, whats a ticket worth! to make a point!

I teach kids in college about Vietnam all the time. They always get stuck with the debate side of why we should have been in Vietnam. the Teachers pets gets the why we shouldn't have been in Vietnam. My group is 151-0 against the teachers pets. If you truly want the truth about Vietnam, go to http://25thaviation.org and use the history links. What they teach kids in school today is a total lie. Like how do you get stuck with a loss when you had been gone for three years? We were winning when I left.
