I just submitted this story to the blaze.com who is running a similar story, to draw some national attention on this. This is ridiculous and more people need to know how this was handled to avoid it happening again. I use to play cops and robbers in my neighborhood when i was little and the real police are involved now when kids do the same. The person who reported it needs to be charged for filing a false report.
They are creating a special group with more rights then the rest of us. Civil and constitutional issues. I pay the same taxes that we all do, why can't I purchase a AR-15?
Finger printing is not 100% its possible to have another person with the same prints as yours. Google the Madrid Spain train bombing, they used fingers prints to arrest a guy in the US but they found the real bomber had the same prints and was later arrested.
This is the best and most accurate article I have read and I am in the same belief, and my county leg for my district is as well. Oh poor them, thats right they hand a chance to save their own and they didn't for self greed, and these events were never chearged for event staffing?.....so the pay their people for the event and just assume that the tax payers will foot the bill for the police presence there.... that is laughable..thats why utica is in this problem in the first place..... wake up call! Is this that huge sting operation last year, that included an armor vehicle, a helicopter and about 30 tatical officers from fort drum? If so what a waste of taxpayer money for a little time if any served by the defendant!! The war on drugs is a sham and need some rethinking as we all go broke. This could be a money maker for the state and local government not a exspense... So sad
Silver and Schumer are a joke, and Yes Cuomo called them out. But lets not forget what happened to the stock market under his watch...hes no angel... but he is doing a good job so far. how about the 5 high paying police chiefs and captins salaries.. start with them.... they make over $125,000 start with them cutting by 20% and save a few jobs.... everyone has to sacrfice alittle right?... thats over $150,000 saved... so whats that 4 officer positions saved.... maybe I should run for mayor... this is simple economics!!
