I have been emailing business reference the Obama Infomercial and Letterman (sample above) about my concerns. Somethings are so obvious that sometimes it just needs to be stated. Conservatives and like minded independents have a tremendous amount of power within this recession on where are dollars will be spent. I manage a retail business, and every dollar is unbeleavable valuable to the business. I believe this same condition applies to the restaurants and business we choose to do business with. I will be researching business's that i visit and looking for missions statements, value statements and principle statements on their websites. If i do not see values and principles in accordance with mine, then i will go elsewhere. It appears as if Olive Garden is waiting to see which way the public will lean or if the issue will "just go away". The only thing Olive Garden should consider is, does the Letterman "joke" stand within Olive Gardens's values and principles, if not Letterman should be sanctioned, if so then i will refuse to eat at a restaurant i truly enjoyed.
