I remember watching the Witch Mountain movie(s) as a kid. Both of them (the TV movie from the 90s included). And I don't remember either of them being WHAM! BAM! THANK YOU, MA'AM! type action movies, but rather a moody children's films with interesting sci-fi ideas. This looks just horrible. Everything is laid out in the trailer in a neat little package. With this trailer and the new Star Trek one, I'm seeing a disturbing trend of action-ing up these old franchises to sell it to youngsters.
