Even with the enormous amount of fuel I call BS on your claim.

I didn't say a word about the Constitution. But this mentioning of the Constitution is interesting - the jurisdiction of our government, LIMITED by the Constitution, is the borders of the US. These wars beyond it are examples of our government acting Unconstitutionally.

I'm revealing how you guys are racists. Haley Barbour's accent isn't nearly as "abnormal" as Cain's and he won't be given the time of day for fear his accent will limit him. Shouldn't Cain's jive-talk accent limit HIM the same way?
