Rocky MLS : Someone Died in the House, What Now?

First off, I'm sincerely sorry if you have lost a loved one recently. ....(respectful pause)! Now, the article is meant to be fun mostly. But it does kind of get at what bothers folks about a buying a home where someone died. The thing is very few homebuyers are motivated to purchase a home so the owner can pocket a profit - whether or not the owner/survivors want to fund a funeral or a world cruise! In fact, our real estate team is overtly interested in helping our clients pay as LITTLE as possible for every single home they buy. That said, there are some buyers (especially investors) who believe that a death in the home is no biggie. These folks leverage any negative aspects of the home - including a previous death - to their financial advantage. Bottom line, if you want compassion (in the form of $$) you would do well not to look for it in a potential buyer! By the way, do martial arts work on ghosts? Thanks for reading!
Thanks Frank. I'm a fan of yours too. I have so many ideas of incredible things to do online for Real Estate. But it's difficult balancing the innovation with actually making money. I'm sure you have faced the same thing.

See ya.

Ry
