It's way too late for this software or the physical development needed at Dover etc. No deal will simply result in gridlock and the probable end of the Conservative Govt. Nor am I aware of any plans to be ready for a 'no deal'. Govt is simply not prepared to support the huge expenditure and planning commitment required to do this. This article is all bluff.
