<description>Political financial motivation; Cubans are still driving our old 1940-1960&amp;#039;s cars. Our collectors will buy all there old cars, and we will push our new cars on them. The big 3 must be behind the push.   Also, allowing americans to freely visit Cuba is a logical strategic move. If we easily can access the country we&amp;#039;ll have a better vantage point to observe and monitor the buildup of the new Russian bases going up in South America. I&amp;#039;m certain we want to add some kind of facility in Cuba for a special goverment need. </description>
