We feel we were educated rather thoroughly. Our children (now 33 and 30) received relatively decent educations. Nowadays, I would home-school in a heartbeat. The state can no longer afford to have anyone being influenced by Christianity or any type of moral code (sarcasm). Though I might be earning some enemies among you, I have to tell it as I see it. Our children are being indoctrinated with socialistic ideas and global climate change claptrap (not to mention an immoral code). That applies to kindergartners, elementary school children, middle school kids, high school students, and ESPECIALLY those in our colleges and universities. The indoctrination should begin as soon as possible, and continue as long as possible. Once a student gets into college, they are told that a BS isn't enough. That way you are still in their clutches. The only problem with this system (from their point of view) is that since many "students" remain students far into adulthood, with no one graduating and actually getting a JOB (Gasp) the taxpayer pool is shrinking exponentially. Now we know why the admin wanted to change long established procedure for doing the census. Acorn was involved in crooked activities during the election, and nothing was done. They now will have additional time to hone the skills in order to make sure the census reflects the "proper" mix of minorities, and also to finagle a way to get the illegal aliens onto our voter rolls.
