Film School Rejects : Movies We Love: Josie and the Pussycats

Congrats Cole, you've single-handedly killed the integrity of the entire "Movies We Love" column. You've written a solid review of a mildly entertaining movie and you cap it off with the incredibly high praise of "it’s done well enough to be enjoyable." Wow. Definitely ranks up there with the likes of High Fidelity, Seven, and The Big Lebowski.

Film School Rejects : Funny People: Adam Sandler as a Man-Baby is Hilarious

Film School Rejects : Trailer For \'The Cove\' Hints At A Bloody Secret

It's not really suspense in the sense that there's a grand reveal at the end, it's more in the planning and execution of the film crew's midnight excursion. Of course they're killing the dolphins, dressing them up like Harry Truman, and then sodomizing them... but it's what happens next that may surprise you.

Abrams should do neither and instead move on to something new. Also, the first MI sucked donkey scrotum. Terrible twists, laughable masks, ludicrous helicopter tunnel scene.

Awesome choice Jim! Funny, sweet, and still Murray's best movie. I'd argue your final dig at the movie Dave though. It's no Groundhog Day, but it's still a very good flick. And Gary Ross (who also wrote Big and Pleasantville) is a lot more recognizable than Danny Rubin (who went on to write...)

Film School Rejects : \'Heavy Metal\' Adds Cameron, Verbinksi, Snyder as Directors

You had faith in me? And yes I remember the scene but as you said it was tame and brief (just like the Titanic scene)... Heavy Metal needs to be sexy and exaggerated if it wants to be authentic. I love Cameron's movies, but I think he's too much of a prude to film anything truly sexual.
