KIMA - Yakima, WA : CWI Security In Negotiations With Yakima School District | KIMA CBS 29 - News, Weather and Sports -

Alright, alright...enough with the CWI bashing already. I am also a former employee of CWI- as many of you claim to be yourselves. CWI security is a security company that follows all state and local laws and is in compliance with the Washington State Department of License. All employees must past a background check and competancy exam (the initial video that you see at day one). After that, you are given a TEMPORARY license and are put on a probationary status until your background is confirmed. Yes, most employees start at minimum wage until after their probationary period (6 months with no pending disciplinary actions), then they are given a raise depending on their performance, professionalism and overall appearance. Comming on here bashing CWI security to defend Officer Rivera's overtime post is pathetic.
