I find it interesting that even a MP of the Kenyan Parliament states that Obama is a Native born Kenyan.. makes these remarks in front of said parliament, and thus entered into their official record, becoming part of a LEGAL proceeding in that country in the form of minutes WITHOUT correction to the contrary from other MPs. Apparently Kenya has documents that CONTRADICT what the State of Hawaii's Health Director states as true. So a statement from a government official with the alluded punctuation "trust me on this" means nothing without full disclosure. In my humble opinion, "tangible interest" is statisfied in the form of ensuring the "Supreme Law of the Land" is followed... i.e. The Constitution. If it is true that Kenya is correct, then a massive violation of the law has been perpetrated with CATASTROPHIC consequences. If it comes to light years down the road, then all "rule of law" authority will go out the window for the Federal Government since it ALLOWED this to happen without any prosecution. To the folks at the Fed... what do you think will happen to your credibility then?

As usual Waxman is "Waxing BS" over what is failing... as some have stated, the press is dying not because of a failed structure, but people know when they're being lied too... Especially now that their is real competition! Before it was a monopoly... had an alternative media been around for the last 60 years, Democrats and FDR would not have gotten away with HALF of the unconstitutional powergrabs they've been working for years. I don't think the Dems would have had such a strong stranglehold on the HoR for as long as they did. That being said... Read the Enumerated Powers of Article 1 Section 8... Nothing in there at all about what this government has been doing. And for those out there that point to the "general welfare" clause... there is NO SUCH THING! The beginning of Article 1/Section 8 is a preamble mentioning 'general welfare' but is NOT an Enumerated Power in and of itself. Only through the list that follows that preamble are the declared powers and those ONLY are what have been granted to the Federal Government and through those powers are they given the ability to 'promote the general welfare'... PERIOD! If it were a 'catch all' then it would render all the other powers meaningless. Hitler, Lenin, Stalin... they all did the same thing... seize control of the media. Now with "Net Neutrality" they see that as a means of seizing the Internet.
