Great. Now we have the most indecisive member of council at the head. From what I experienced in the City Council meetings was a woman that didn't want to ruffle any feathers, just wanted to make everyone happy. This is great for an elementary school teacher, but for a Mayor, not so much. It seemed as every single decision Cutler made was based on the opinions of her peers, not her own. I honestly never got a gauge on what she actually believed since she seemed to flip flop with the popular opinion. I'm happy to see Phillips gone, but Cutler is not going to fill his shoes by any means. For once I agree with Bensman....we have a weak mayor. This is truly unfortunate. I just used a soldering iron to make all the hole. I put one large one in the top that the glass joint fit tightly in, then for good measure, did a seal of hot glue. That shit works for everything. Then I went around the side with a fine tip on the soldering iron and put diffusion holes. Hope that helps!
