WOW just WOW, another fact sealed consensus put out by progressives, kinda of reminds you of man-made global warming, or several years ago (70s) the impending ice age. Yes it is a sad fact that your side won an election. But since when does an election result allow "your side" to completely disregard all dissenting debate? or a bigger problem a complete disregard of the U.S. Constitution and laws of our country? Im not even going to discuss all the deceipt and out right lies of Obama, progressive libs, and the so called news media (State Propoganda Machine) Id really suggest you read the U.S. Constitution and the Federalist Papers, to educate yourself on how the Govt is supposed to work and be structured. After you complete the said lesson you may start finding a clue of the destruction "your side" is bringing to you and your family both now and in the future.
Colin Powell was/is an affective and sound general who made use of good stategy in service of his country. He understands how to use and motivate a military force. However as good as he was a general has no bearing on his public service or public comments. He should enjoy his retirement from his military service (which he was good at) and keep his opionions to himself. Just because he was a good general doesnt transfer to him being good at anything else.

Sorry to disappoint you, but with current EPA regulations (nothing new been going on for years) disposal of asbestos and many other EPA toxins remain the responsiblity of the source or disposal company depending on the contract. This means that it is forever the responibilty of the group or person who disposes of it.
For years I've heard over and over, the cries for Health care, its so expensive, we need insurance, we need government. we need regulation. But has anyone heard of anyone in Washington asking and investigating WHY it is so expensive, and taken steps to remedy the problems or greed or curruption in the medical industry. In my life, Ive always found it true that you cant fix the problem until you know how or why its broken. That is always the first step in problem solving and no matter how much time energy or money you throw at the problem until you know what is broken all your doing is wasting it all.
Ok, now lets take this one step further. When all the private sector health insurance companys go belly up, and your employer drops them in favor of Obamacare do any of you really think you will see the money your employer pays for your benifit actually going to your paycheck.
