That was one of the things I considered while making the character, then dismissed as soon as I remembered the rest of the party wouldn't get the joke anyway.

The only Diplomacy roll I've ever succeeded involved a rioting crowd, my Gnoll rogue, and his loincloth.

If I remember right, I rolled a 20.

Last campaign I was in, the first thing that happened after we went into a town was us getting thrown in jail for unspecified reasons.

We got the 'well rested' bonus, and woke up to see the town on fire.

I've run into the same issue with Skyrim, actually. Not so much in Oblivion, but certainly there.

Well, considering that she has a digitigrade stance when she walks/stands anyway,I'd think the heels are more for show than anything.
