You cant copyright "Only In Boulder" that would be like copyrighting *that's weird* or wtf or wow. Articles like this and Boulder's History exhibit and Elephant Journal and Downtown Boulder magazine's page 7 and a boatload of other media prove it......... it's a phrase that needs to be shared and enjoyed by everybody.
