This is a global world, and I find normal that the EC members who live in countries where life is cheaper sell their credits at a lower cost than Graham (who I assume lives in the USA) would love to. It is a form of offshoring, isn’t it? In addition, regulating the price of the credits based on US standards would prevent many entrecarders who live in the Philippines for instance to buy much credits.
