This image is completely incorrect!
If the Pokemon is able to know the entire English (or other, depending on dub) language...
It must be in the anime; as such, it is able to know more than four moves!
And if the Pokemon is only able to know four moves...
It must exist in the video game canon, where not a word is spoken by the trainer!
Thus...
THIS CANNOT BE ONE SINGLE POKEMON!
