It is common knowledge that when someone purchases a vehicle with C or D credit ( bad credit) they turn out to be the biggest cry babbies. I do know Auto One does a large volume of business and people must understand that higher mileage USED vehicles are going to have problems. The NYS warranty is very clear in what a dealer has to do legally on a sale, which they are most likely doing more than they even have to . If this car was perfect this woman and other people would most likely call in a year complaining that the car needs new windshield wipers. This is a hardworking dealership, doing large volumes of sales, so there is going to be a percentage of complainers. My suggestion, go purchase a NEW Kia from Fuccillo, and start calling with your complaints about your NEW car. She bought a Saab which is high maintanance. She really should be in college, where she can complain about the Professors, the College and everything else wrong in her life.
