If you take the volume of vehicles sold vs the complaints , the percentage probally isnt that bad. People are never happy, even when they buy new vehicles they look for something to find wrong. NY sets the warranty rules, not a car dealership. The poor parents that are probally paying more than the Saab is worth in tuiton and the girl will end up thrown out of school.
If only people cared about veterans like they seem to care about a car dealer !

I dont even know them but you can tell by their inventory and transporters that they are a large volume dealership. Im familiar with the used car business and low credit score financing and the statistics reflecting consumers. If you contacted vehicle safety in Albany and the AG's office, your only step now is a civil suit, so why not go back to school and fight it out in a civil court.

People are buying USED cars not new cars.
It is common knowledge that when someone purchases a vehicle with C or D credit ( bad credit) they turn out to be the biggest cry babbies.
I do know Auto One does a large volume of business and people must understand that higher mileage USED vehicles are going to have problems.
The NYS warranty is very clear in what a dealer has to do legally on a sale, which they are most likely doing more than they even have to .
If this car was perfect this woman and other people would most likely call in a year complaining that the car needs new windshield wipers.
This is a hardworking dealership, doing large volumes of sales, so there is going to be a percentage of complainers. My suggestion, go purchase a NEW Kia from
Fuccillo, and start calling with your complaints about your NEW car.
She bought a Saab which is high maintanance. She really should be in college, where she can complain about the Professors, the College and everything else wrong in her life. Standing out in the cold instead of getting an education is a worthless cause.
