<description>It&amp;#039;s not about a bypass. It&amp;#039;s about opening up undevoloped land. Look at the Marion part of the bypass, now full of stoplights. I wonder how much money our leaders have invested in land along this stretch.   Wouldn&amp;#039;t it be cheaper and easier to raise the roadway before the Edgewood Road bridge for flood purposes?  It wasn&amp;#039;t the bridge that flooded. </description>

<description>If they can grandfather in before the 1976 standards that would be one thing.  None of these boilers were installed then. That the manufacturer did not meet the mentioned sandards is not the fault of the county.  If the owners sue anyone, it should be the manufacturer who sold them an appliance that didn&amp;#039;t meet code. </description>
